“Las Casuelas has several locations in the Valley, but this is my favorite. The outdoor patio is one of the best in the desert, and they often have live music on weekends, so check their schedule before you go. It is great for people-watching, and if you can grab a seat at the palapa bar, you are in for a fun night. The Skinny Cadillac Margaritas are my go-to, the food is always good, and the atmosphere is lively without feeling too fancy.”
