“Copley's is one of my favorite Palm Springs restaurants for a romantic date night or dinner with friends. John and I celebrated New Year's Eve here, and it was such a special evening. The outdoor courtyard, set on the historic Cary Grant estate, is one of the prettiest dining settings in the desert, especially after sunset when the lights come on. The food is consistently excellent, the cocktails and wine list are wonderful, and the service always makes you feel welcome. If you can, request a courtyard table when you make your reservation. It is the perfect place to relax, celebrate, and enjoy one of the Coachella Valley's most memorable dining experiences.”
